EXPERIENCE:
Experience required includes proficiency in playing an instrument or singing, familiarity with contemporary worship music, and the ability to follow musical arrangements and cues. Previous experience in a worship setting is preferred. Team members should possess strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to regular practice outside of rehearsal times and Sunday services. A heart for worship and a willingness to lead others in praise is essential.
